Sumatronic launches compliant DAB repeater

Sumatronic has launched the first Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB) repeater to comply with regulations set out by Swiss telecoms watchdog Bakom. The software engineering company is aiming the product chiefly at retailers with poor DAB radio reception because their premises have metal shutters, or are in a basement or large complex. The equipment includes a roof mast and reception antenna in the shop.
