Antenna Radio to launch DAB station in Norwich

Media Broadcast has selected a range of products from Norwegian media transport solutions provider Nevion for the new broadcast distribution network ARD-Disnet. The network will handle DAB+, as well as DVB-T, DVB-T2 HD, FM, and generic data transport. Media Broadcast was commissioned by regional affiliates of German public broadcaster ARD to build and run the infrastructure.

He thinks DAB is better than its reputation, but it's up to the listeners' wallet on how well it will work. "To get DAB in the car, you do not necessarily need to spend a lot of money.
