Germany - digital radio office informs OEMS and drivers of new in-car receiver regulations

Germany's digital radio office is helping the German public and automotive industry stay informed on the new regulations regarding radio receivers in cars. In line with the EECC directive, all radios in new cars across Germany should be capable of receiving digital terrestrial radio from 21 December 2020.

Second national mux - stations now available across more regions in Germany

Media Broadcast has announced the launch of new transmitter sites in Bavaria, Rhineland-Palatinate and Baden-Württemberg. Listeners in these regions will now be able to listen to stations available on Germany's second national multiplex.
