At the beginning of 2018, according to the decision of the executive office, in order to speed up the group strategy of intelligent networking and Internationalization, we needed to establish independent brand differentiation competitiveness, increase sales volume and improve the brand premium on the basis of Internet automobile products in the overseas market. The group has approved the establishment of SAIC overseas Intelligent Mobility Technology Co., Ltd. (tentatively). The company is fully responsible for the implementation of overseas intelligent net union self-owned brand auto products of the SAIC Group. It’s also in charge of establishing the ability to integrate the hardware and software and to integrate the internal and external resources, and actively exploring business model of the overseas intelligent mobility service.
