Automotive Workshop in May 2014 in Zurich

An automotive workshop is to be hosted by MCDT and the German Digital Radio Project Office in Zurich, Switzerland on 13 May 2014. The programme will focus on bringing digital radio into the car and will see high level speakers from across the broadcasting and automotive industry give an overview of the status quo of digital radio in the car and upcoming developments.

Information on digital radio shared with retail and automotive sector in The Netherlands

On Thursday 26 March 2014 over 150 representatives from the Dutch retail and automotive sector gathered in Beeld & Geluid in Hilversum (the Netherlands). The Dutch platform Digital Radio+ organised its first retail session to inform the Dutch retail and automotive sector about the progress that has made since the start of digital radio in September 2013. There were presentations from Erik de Zwart (dj Radio Veronica), Machiel Frijters (Head of Marketing Sony Benelux), Barbara Schouten (GfK), Jacqueline Bierhorst (Digital Radio+) and Michiel Veenstra (dj 3FM).
