At a packed Doing the DAB event in Cardiff on Thursday night the audience heard from BBC Radio Wales, Nation Radio and Communicorp about the thriving digital radio market in South Wales.

In the new DAB + campaign, it's no longer a matter of name recognition, but about the benefits of the new technology. According to Digital Radio Netherlands, digital radio is getting better and it is therefore time for the next phase of the campaign.

During digital radio week it was announced that thirteen percent of Dutch radio listening is over DAB+, which corresponds to about two million listeners.
