The full-day programme will see representatives from both sectors discuss key issues affecting both automotive manufacturers and broadcasters. These will include the detailed plans for switch over of FM to DAB+ services in European markets, the potential impact of proposed European receiver legislation and the latest guidelines for digital radio user experience in the car. Sessions will bring together industry experts to discuss safety, driver distraction, voice controls and the future plans of broadcasters with regard to radio in the car.

Munich Airport (Franz-Josef-Strauss: MUC)

Distance: 38,0 km to the Holiday Inn Munich - City Centre

Time by Train (S-Bahn): 35 min

Time by Taxi: 45 min (charge approx. €65,00)

Take the S8 or S1 and get out at the S-Bahn station "Rosenheimer Platz". Use the exit "Hochstrasse/Gasteig" and follow the signs to the Holiday Inn Munich - City Centre. At the very end of the arcade, some stairs and an elevator lead directly to the hotel lobby.

Station Name: Muenchen Hauptbahnhof (Central Station)

Distance: 4,5 km

Take any S-Bahn going to the direction "Ostbahnhof". Exit at the station "Rosenheimer Platz" and follow the Holiday Inn Munich - City Centre signs.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From airport: take A92 till Eching and follow the signs to Munich on A9. At the end of the highway follow signs "Stadtmitte" to Mittlerer Ring Ost. Take exit "Tucherpark" and follow Ifflandstrasse (2 km). Take a left over the Ludwigsbrücke (bridge) to the other side of the river Isar. At the second lights take a right into Rosenheimer Strasse. At the next lights take a right into Hochstrasse. The hotel is on your left.

Parking is available at €20.00 per day.
