Denmark's Palaces and Culture Agency, with communications agency Prime Time, has produced a public information campaign on digital radio which will be broadcast across Denmark in 2017 and 2018. The campaign will inform everyone that DAB radio will be transmitted in DAB+ from 1st October 2017. It is hoped that the campaign will also increase in-car digital radio listening and raise awareness on how to receive digital radio in cars.

An industry forum has been established with the participation of major stakeholders, as well as a website portal - www.digitalradio.dk/ - providing information on digital radio in Denmark.  The Minister of Culture will launch a five year information campaign about the Digital Switchover.  The campaign will receive basic public funding and will be supported by the Danish radio industry.  The campaign is expected to begin in 2015.
