"This offer is for broadcasters who have declared a willingness to introduce DAB but were restrained by a lack of open frequencies," said Witold Kołodziejski, head of Poland’s National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT). Swiss Federal Communications Commission (ComCom) has opened a tender for new DAB+ licences for digital radio broadcasting in the French-speaking part of the country, Romandy. The tender documents were published on the regulator's website on 28 May and applications can be submitted until 27 July. The award of licences is expected by the end of the year.
