Public broadcaster RTBF in Belgium chooses Paneda

The public broadcaster RTBF in Belgium has ordered a complete solution for its upcoming DAB roll out. It’s a major contract containing 16 Multiplexers, 192 audio encoders, data handling and management systems, all in full redundancy. Paneda and its local partner Heynen will handle installation and support. The contract also contains a support contact with 24-7 support from Paneda.

DAB+ awareness is rising in the Netherlands

New data show that since the start of the campaign "Let's get digital 'in May 2014, the awareness of digital radio has increased to 59%. The number of DAB+ radios sold in 2016 increased by 33% compared to 2015.
