New digital service promised for RTE listeners in Britain

Plans are underway to replace RTÉ’s Longwave 252 service with a digital service upon its closure in June 2019. A statement released by the consultative group tasked with addressing the issue confirmed that the new service modelled from RTÉ Radio 1 would be launched on DAB+ Digital Radio.

RTÉ to introduce new digital service to target listeners in UK

The second DAB+ multiplex in Lille is taking shape

Several broadcasters have published a joint letter of commitment for the creation of the multiplex operator in Lille "Lille Allotissement 2" through a dedicated legal entity. Thirteen radios station are present on this multiplex including Channel FM, Delta FM, Euradio, Galaxie Radio, Horizon, Pastel FM Playloud RPL 99 FM, Radio Boomerang. Radio Campus, Radio Cap Sao, Radio Cité Vauban and Radio Néo.
