Pure has announced that it will be at MedPi, from 16th to 18th May 2017 at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco. Pure will present the latest innovations in its ranges of digital DAB+ radios. WorldDAB will also be on the stand to share information and updates on DAB digital radio in France and across Europe.

Next NRK will switch off their FM transmissions on April 26 in Telemark, Buskerud, Hedmark and Oppland. Germany's Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy (BMWi) is working to promote digital radio services by mandating certain features in new radios. Their draft recommendation recommends that high-quality radio receivers may only be sold if they are suitable for the reception of digital signals.

WorldDAB will host a DAB+ workshop at the start of the Conference on 26 April.
