A leading UK digital radio developer is cashing in on the possible digital radio boom in Australia with the launch of a local business developed in conjunction with Commercial Radio Australia. Digitalradio Deutschland looks back at the important milestones achieved with DAB+ during the first half of 2017. An important achievement was the adoption of the "Action Plan for the Transformation of Radio Broadcasting into the Digital Age" by the Digital Radio Board. The action plan includes a roadmap with eight measures that provide a framework for the digitalisation of the radio broadcast.
