Call for tenders launched in Berlin and Brandenburg

Regional workshop on digital radio to take place in Kuala Lumpur

Radio most used audio platform in Australia

According to the findings of the 2019 Infinite Dial Australia study, radio is the most popular audio platform with 83 per cent of Australians surveyed using DAB+ or AM/FM in the last week. The study also highlighted that radio dominates in the car, with 85 per cent of those who have driven or ridden in a car in the last month listening to radio.

Sonoro launches new Elite music system

Factum Radioscape provide French radio group Gram with Observa monitoring

Factum Radioscape have announced an agreement with GRAM (Group of Radios Associatives of the Nantes Metropole) to supply the DAB+ measuring tool Observa: a portable device for measuring and analysing DAB+ RF signals. GRAM is currently installing the DAB network in Nantes with the commencement date set to 2nd July 2019, with 26 radios to be broadcast including 10 community radios.

Juice Cork gets new audio imaging for DAB radio service

DAB+ on the agenda at MBT conference in Budapest

WorldDAB president Patrick Hannon will be taking the stage as part of the “Terrestrial Challenges” session on Thursday May 23, where he will give an overview of the development and rollout of DAB+ digital radio across Europe, with case studies and lessons learned from various countries across Europe. This year’s MBT conference will also be marked by the first seminar organised by the WorldDAB Spectrum and Network Implementation Committee (SNIC), which will be held at 2pm on Wednesday May 22.

First English language radio on DAB+ to launch in Berlin
