Four applicants for second DAB+ multiplex in Germany

Four applications by Digital Audio Broadcasting Platform (DABP), Media Broadcast and Radi / o digital, have been submitted to the German Broadcasting Corporation for the second nationwide DAB+ multiplex. The Expert Committee on Networks, Technology and Convergence of Media Authorities will address the applications on 7 March and make an initial assessment of the admissibility and quality of applications.

Norwegian FM switch-off signals DAB future

The Danish company DENVER is launching two new DAB+ radios onto the German market. The DAB-39 (black, gray or blue) has a 7.11 cm LCD display and the DAB-40 (black or gray) has a 6.10 cm color display for displaying the DAB + slideshow.
