Reporting to the Steering Board, the Project Office is responsible for managing the activities of WorldDAB, including committees and working group, global events, marketing and communications. The Project Office team works in close partnership with the organisation’s membership to identify, prioritise and execute on business development opportunities for the global digital radio industry.

Bernie O'Neill
Project Director, WorldDAB

An experienced people connector within the digital radio industry, Bernie has headed WorldDAB since 2011, with overall responsibility for the direction and management of WorldDAB activities. Together with her team and the global network of WorldDAB members she works to further the adoption and implementation of DAB+, the digital successor of FM radio.  With a background in leadership of international trade associations for over 25 years, her career expands over several industries including radio, ICT, water and education. She is an expert at driving business development, delivering value to stakeholders, strategically aligning teams, and developing effective marketing communications. Trained in international business, she has held postings in London, Brussels, and The Hague. 

Michelle Bridge
Events Manager, WorldDAB

Michelle Bridge is Events Manager at WorldDAB, managing the organisation’s international programme of conferences, workshops, webinars and industry events, from initial planning and programme development through to production, event communications and onsite delivery. She also manages the activities of WorldDAB’s Spectrum and Network Implementation Committee (SNIC).

Michelle has more than 16 years’ experience in event management, with a career spanning media and telecommunications, financial services, healthcare and the not-for-profit sector. Her experience includes managing international conferences and events across Europe and the United States, alongside wider operational and team management responsibilities.

Becky Keene
Stakeholder Relations Manager, WorldDAB

Becky Keene is a broadcast media specialist with more than 10 years of experience driving the global expansion of DAB+ digital radio. Since 2012, she has served as Stakeholder Relations Manager at WorldDAB, managing international engagement, the organisation’s global membership, and supporting the digital transformation of radio across multiple markets. In her role, Becky works closely with broadcasters, manufacturers, and regulators worldwide, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective coordination across the DAB+ ecosystem. Her work spans stakeholder engagement, member retention and recruitment, and cross-sector advocacy, grounded in a strong commitment to innovation in audio broadcasting. Before joining WorldDAB, Becky worked at RadioCentre, the industry body for commercial radio in the UK, where she gained deep insight into the country’s dynamic radio landscape.

Will Jackson
Communications Manager, WorldDAB

Will Jackson is WorldDAB’s Communications Manager. He’s a broadcast professional with over thirty years radio experience, having worked with UK transmission providers Arqiva on DAB multiplex launches and management, and with the regulator Ofcom on radio broadcast licensing. He’s also presented and produced daily shows for BBC and commercial radio. Prior to joining WorldDAB, Will was Managing Director of AudioUK, the trade body for audio-led independent production companies, including liaison with key stakeholders such as the BBC, Audible, and the UK Government.
