Radio Slovakia International is placing greater emphasis on digital platforms
From 1 November 2026, Slovak Television and Radio will make changes to the way Radio Slovakia International (RSI) operates. STVR is responding to technological developments and changing listener habits. From 2027, STVR will therefore gradually phase out its cooperation with foreign broadcasters, with the last contract due to expire in May 2027. RSI’s broadcasts will continue via the Astra 3C satellite (Skylink), shared FM transmitters, the T-DAB+ network, online streaming and podcast platforms.
