Reorganisation of regional DAB+ networks has started
The first step is being taken in Friesland for the reclassification of the regional DAB+ networks. During the night from Monday to Tuesday, the network will be switched from channel 9D to 5A. The reclassification will be implemented in the rest of the country in the coming weeks. In order to better match the regional DAB+ networks to the wishes of the regional public and commercial radio stations, research was conducted a few years ago into the redistribution of the various DAB+ networks. This also resulted in a new division of the networks of the regional stations.
