The Gala Dinner will take place on the evening prior to the conference at K47-Wein, offering delegates an opportunity to gather in an informal setting before the main programme begins. Our conference and General Assembly will take place at the Meliá Vienna, with the Gala Dinner on the evening of the first day at K47 Wien. The two venues are approximately 3 km apart and can be reached in around 10–15 minutes by taxi or approximately 20 minutes using Vienna's public transport network.

Getting around Vienna
Vienna has an excellent, safe and reliable public transport network, making it easy to travel between the conference venue, social events and the city's many attractions. The network includes the underground (U-Bahn), trams, buses and suburban rail (S-Bahn), with frequent services operating throughout the day.
At a glance
- Airport to Meliá Vienna: Approximately 20–30 minutes by taxi or around 30–40 minutes by public transport.
- Excellent public transport: U-Bahn, trams, buses and S-Bahn provide fast and convenient travel across the city.
- Conference to Gala Dinner (K47 Wien): Approximately 10–15 minutes by taxi or around 20 minutes by public transport.
- Walkable city: Many of Vienna's attractions are within easy walking distance of one another.
Travelling from Vienna International Airport
The conference venue, Meliá Vienna, is conveniently located for arrivals from Vienna International Airport (VIE). There are several easy transport options:
- By Rail: The City Airport Train (CAT), Railjet and S-Bahn services all provide fast connections from the airport to the city centre. From there, the Meliá Vienna can be reached easily by U-Bahn or a short taxi journey.
- By Taxi or services such as Uber are readily available outside the arrivals terminal and throughout the city. The journey to the hotel typically takes around 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic.
- By Airport Bus: Vienna Airport Lines operate regular services to key locations across the city.
Public transport tickets
Single tickets, as well as 24-hour, 48-hour and 72-hour travel passes, are available and provide unlimited travel across Vienna's public transport network.

For more than two delegates and for non-members, the following registration fees apply:

Members: First two delegates - free of charge. Additional delegates €175 per registration.
