Ana Belén Roy is a journalist and news anchor for RTVE. She currently presents news on Canal24h. She has presented various programs and news programs on TVE and RNE. She has been associated with public radio and television since 2005. She is a communications professor and event presenter and moderator. Jacqueline Bierhorst

Jacqueline Bierhorst has been a pioneer in commercial radio since 1987, specialised in distribution, marketing, and content. She has a strong track record in launching and leading successful commercial television and radio channels in The Netherlands and Belgium. From 2011 until 2015 she was project leader on the roll out of the DAB+ network in The Netherlands and since 2015 she is project director Digital Radio NL, a collaboration between public and commercial broadcasters and the Ministry of Economic Affairs coordinating involvement of all stakeholders and joint marketing of Digital Radio. Bierhorst is owner of Jacky B Entertainment Solutions, President of WorldDAB, a member of the WorldDAB Steering Board and an active ambassador of digital radio throughout Europe. She is also a consultant to the Flemish Government, Department of Culture, Youth and Media for the introduction of DAB+ in Flanders, initiating collaboration throughout the Flemish stakeholders on digital radio and country manager Radioplayer Netherlands.
Charles-Emmanuel Bon
Secretary General, Radio France
Charles-Emmanuel is Secretary General of Radio France. He is a member of the Executive Board and is responsible for strategic and cross-company projects, distribution, internal and external governance and public and international affairs. Prior to joining Radio France in 2023, he was Director of Operations and Information Technology at Lagardère News. Charles-Emmanuel has an extensive experience of radio. A member of the executive committee of Lagardère News, his scope of responsibility covered radio and press technologies, Europe 1 operations and public affairs. Previously, he held various positions at RTL Group in Luxembourg and France. In particular, he managed RTL Net, the Internet subsidiary of RTL and was in charge of Development and Technologies for the Radio division of Groupe M6. Prior to joining RTL Group, he was a project manager in the Media practice at Booz Allen Hamilton, a strategy consultancy. He is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, ESSEC and the University of Cergy Pontoise.

Country Manager, Radioplayer Spain
With extensive experience in media, specialised in strategy, digital transformation and business development, Sonia currently works for the Spanish radio broadcasters as Country Manager for Radioplayer Spain. Launched in 2019, Radioplayer Spain is supported by the leading national broadcasters, both public and commercial, as well as regional and local stations. Committed to innovation in radio, last year Sonia launched a partnership with Telefónica, Spain's leading telecommunications company, to offer radio listening to Movistar+ customers, expanding the reach of Radioplayer stations to new audiences.
She previously worked for Prisa Group, the Spanish leader in media, music and entertainment, where she held different positions with responsibility for business in Spain and Latin America. At Prisa Radio she was Director of Innovation and Strategy, with an active participation in the development and implementation of the Group’s digital transformation plan and in products and business units’ redefinition.
Jean-Marc Dubreuil
Programme Manager, WorldDAB
Jean-Marc Dubreuil has been involved in the digital audio broadcasting world as early as 2009, with Frontier Silicon, focusing on the automotive sector. Since 2012, he is the WorldDAB representative in France, working with the industry to promote the adoption of DAB+.

Matías González Martín
Secretary General for Telecommunications and Regulation of Audiovisual Communication Services, Government of Spain
Matías is an accomplished telecommunications engineer from the Technical University of Madrid, he brings extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Institutional Relations at Vodafone Spain for over a decade. He has played a key role in shaping Spain’s digital policy, regulatory frameworks, and infrastructure deployment strategies, including initiatives under the national Recovery Plan for digital transformation.
Tomas Granryd
Head of digital partnerships, Swedish Radio
Tomas Granryd has been working for Swedish Radio for more than 20 years, holding various positions such as hosting, producing, and commissioning radio. For the last 5 years, he has been the head of digital partnerships, leading the work around the presence of Radio and Swedish Radio in connected cars. Tomas is also the Vice Chair of the Digital Committee at the EBU.

Laurence Harrison
Chief Partnerships Officer, Radioplayer
Laurence has over 25 years experience working in the radio and technology sectors and leads on building and managing Radioplayer’s partnerships with the automotive industry. He works closely with Radioplayer’s car manufacturer partners on the radio user experience in connected cars and manages the partnerships including CARIAD, BMW Group, Renault and NIO who between them have over 4 Million cars on the road today powered by Radioplayer. He is also a current Board member of both RadioDNS and WorldDAB.
He previously worked for Digital Radio UK where he led the partnerships with car manufacturers that saw DAB digital radio included as standard in all new cars. Before that he was a Director at techUK representing the UK technology sector in areas such as environmental policy, healthcare and consumer technology, and was a Board Director at Digital UK, the organisation that managed the UK’s digital TV switchover.
Martin Hülsmann
Managing Director RADIO BOB!
When Martin isn’t standing ankle-deep in mud in front of an open-air stage, he’s spreading the message of rock as Managing Director of RADIO BOB! At Germany’s largest rock radio station, the 49-year-old is primarily responsible for brand management and business development.
The radio industry has been his professional festival ground for over 20 years: Before taking on his role at RADIO BOB!, he led corporate communications for numerous stations within REGIOCAST, Germany’s largest private radio network, until 2019.
Martin Hülsmann lives with his wife and two children in Schleswig-Holstein, though his roots lie in Westphalia. He earned a master’s degree in History, Political Science, and Sociology in Bochum, followed by journalistic training and freelance work. In 2024, he successfully completed an Executive MBA at the Hamburg Media School/University of Hamburg with a master’s thesis titled “The Impact of AI on the Value Chain in Private Radio.”

Prior to joining Xperi, Gereon held positions at Visteon, Remy International and United Technologies. Edita Kudláčová is the Head of Radio at the European Broadcasting Union. She works with public service as well as wider radio industry on advocacy for radio, especially focusing on distribution via connected dashboard. With the relevant international committees and professional groups, she has been developing work around live radio, relation of radio and podcasting, providing space to share, network and learn for senior audio makers and radio creatives, and also looking at innovation happening in the radio world today. Prior to joining EBU, she worked at Czech Radio where she set up the innovation team and developed a number of projects using new technology and innovating around audio content.

Megan Lazovick, Vice President at Edison Research, specializes in crafting research for thought leadership, content marketing, and consumer-driven strategy. With a passion for understanding consumer behavior in the audio sector, Megan designs surveys and moderates focus groups and in-depth interviews, exploring people's diverse lives and interests worldwide. In 2023 alone, Lazovick developed and presented The Kids Podcast Listener Report, The Spoken Word Audio Report, Dashboard Dialogue, The Infinite Dial, and The Media Habits of Gen Z. She also is part of the team behind The Women's Podcast Listeners Report, The Gen Z Podcast Listener Report, and many other bespoke studies from Edison Research. Stefan Möller is President for the Association of European Radios (AER) based in Brussels.
AER has over 5500 member stations across EU. Stefan is also the Managing Director for commercial radio trade body RadioMedia in Finland and the chairman of the board for Radioplayer Finland.
Stefan´s career started as a drummer before joining the public service broadcaster YLE.
From there Stefan moved to the commercial media sector and has worked in various positions as presenter, actor, creative, marketing director, consultant, founder of radio stations and as director of radio.

With 30 years in senior leadership roles in European media, Tobias built and led successful ventures across radio, music, entertainment, and digital audio. Highlights include founding Denmark’s most profitable commercial radio stations, launching the country’s largest podcast business, and creating Europe’s first radio subscription service. As SVP of Digital Audio, Tobias drives digital transformation across nine markets, reaching 60 million weekly listeners. Frank Nowack is Function Owner Broadcast Radio for Ford Motor Company since July 2005. Previous to that he held a similar role for over 5 years at Volkswagen Group. He holds a Diploma in Communications Engineering from Fachhochschule Dortmund – University of Applied Sciences and Arts and is an active member of WorldDAB’s automotive working group.

An experienced people connector within the digital radio industry, Bernie has headed WorldDAB since 2011, with overall responsibility for the direction and management of WorldDAB activities. Together with her team and the global network of WorldDAB members she works to further the adoption and implementation of DAB+, the digital successor of FM radio. With a background in leadership of international trade associations for over 25 years, her career expands over several industries including radio, ICT, water and education. She is an expert at driving business development, delivering value to stakeholders, strategically aligning teams, and developing effective marketing communications. Mark Pearson is a Senior Analyst in Ofcom’s Research & Intelligence team where he leads the collection and analysis of industry data and monitoring of market developments relating to the radio and audio sectors. Prior to this he was a member of Ofcom’s strategy team where he worked on a wide range of projects across Ofcom’s regulatory remit, having started his career in telecoms finance. During his career at Ofcom, he has contributed to Ofcom’s external publications, including directing Ofcom’s flagship Media Nations report.
Nick Piggott,

Nick has spent the majority of his career working in the radio industry, initially in programming and then moving to digital radio and online innovation. He is one of the founders of RadioDNS Hybrid Radio, the open technology project that lets broadcast radio and IP work together, combining the power of broadcasting to reach many people and the power of the internet to deliver enhanced or personalised content.
Adriano Pitteri
Strategic Service Manager, SRG SSR
Adriano Pitteri is Program Manager for the Broadcast Distribution at SRG SSR, the Swiss Public Broadcaster. In this role, he coordinates the strategy and implementation of SRG SSR's DAB+, FM and satellite broadcasting. Adriano is member of the SRG SSR’s DSO steering committee and also chairs the SRG SSR's coordination group for digital switchover communication. This includes coordinating the marketing campaign for the Swiss public broadcaster.
Jaume Pujol
Strategic Growth Opportunities, Cellnex
Jaume Pujol works in Strategic Growth Opportunities at Cellnex Telecom, is Chair of Policy at Broadcast Networks Europe (BNE) and vice chair from 1/6/25. Also, is Secretary General of Televisión Abierta and Vice President of the Cluster Audiovisual de Catalunya. He is a Telecoms engineer and master at EAE Business School.
His work includes an active role in building a regulatory framework for telecommunications infrastructure that promotes investment, innovation, competition, and better services, as well as working on policies that optimize spectrum usage, addressing key issues such as efficiency, sustainability, and the defence of public service.

Javier Sánchez Pérez

Javier Sánchez is a senior Telecommunications Engineer and is the Director of Audiovisual Policy and Public Service at RTVE. He joined RTVE in 2008 and was appointed Head of Technical Planning of RNE (2008-2014), managing all its spectrum licenses and dealing with technical & legal aspects. After, he was appointed Head of European Spectrum Strategy at RTVE (2014-2015) and Head of Strategy at RTVE Innovation Center (2015-2025). He is currently member of EBU Radio Committee (2025-2027) and also was elected in two previous mandates (2019-2021 and 2021-2023). Javier was elected as a Steering Board member of WorldDAB in November 2023.

Hanns Wolter

Hanns has been working in the DAB world since 2000 as a Product Manager and has, in these years worked on all issues regarding DAB, at both a national and international level, including the introduction of DAB+ in 2007. He is involved in network planning and spectrum issues and also works closely with hardware manufacturers for the deployment of a comprehensive DAB environment. Currently, he is responsible for the planning and management of the ongoing roll-out of DAB Italia’s network and all issues related to the creation, distribution and transmission of the multiplex.

Lizzie is a media executive with 25 years’ experience across the UK, US & APAC. She currently leads Commercial Radio & Audio on behalf of the Australian audio industry. The WorldDAB Automotive 2025 networking dinner is on the rooftop of the EDITION Hotel.
When entering the hotel, bear right by the white staircase and follow the signs to The Roof, Oroya. The WorldDAB registration desk will be on the ground floor, in front of the elevator leading up to the networking dinner venue.

Metro:
The airport is within zone A of the metro. You will need to take metro line 8 which runs from all airport terminals into Madrid city centre. Depending on your destination, it takes approx. 40 minutes to get into the city centre.
