Richter, established in 1986 and well-known in Australia's loudspeaker market, move into the Australian DAB+ market with two budget models, followed by some connected receivers later in the year.

German electronics manufacturer TechniSat has released its Digitradio 215 in a "Schwarzwaldradio Edition". The special feature of the receiver is a direct dial key for Schwarzwaldradio, which broadcasts nationwide via DAB+ with the station logo also sent out to the receiver.
