Strong growth for digital radio sales in Europe
The first half of 2017 has seen rapid growth in sales of DAB+ receivers across Europe – driven by Norway’s switchover from FM to DAB+ and the development of digital radio markets across the continent. The latest GfK research, covering nine European markets, shows a 30% increase in sales volumes for the first six months of 2017 compared to the same period last year.

Telestar present new hybrid radios at IFA 2017
At this year's IFA, DAB+ will feature prominently through the exhibition. TELESTAR will be on the ARD stand (Hall 2.1,106) exhibiting the hybrid radios; DABMAN i450 and DABMAN i600 which feature DAB+, FM and the ability to access 10,000 internet radio stations.

Groot Nieuws Radio goes nationwide on DAB+
Groot Nieuws Radio will be available on DAB+ from 1 September 2017 across the Netherlands. Previously, the Christian radio station has only been on DAB+ in a limited area of the Netherlands.
