The latest regional listener figures obtained from the CATI survey have been presented today in a report by Kantar Media.In September, the 25 new DAB channels had about 1.4 million listeners daily. These channels now have 29 percent market share,almost one third of the total listening.

The number of DAB/DAB+ receivers sold in Europe and Asia Pacific is about to reach a new target according to a WorldDAB report. At the end of the second quarter of 2017 almost 60 million digital radio receivers had been sold. A year earlier the figure was at 48 million.
