KKRIT, the Polish regulator, has announced the radio stations that will be granted DAB+ licenses in Torun and Katowice. As part of the second expansion phase, due to take place in coming weeks, DAB+ licenses will be granted in Bydgoszcz, Kielce, Krakow, Łowicz, Łódź, Opole, Radom and Warsaw.

DAB+ radio listening time in Dutch-speaking Belgium has tripled - going from 3% to 9% - compared to last year, while digital listening in the region makes up 26% of total listening time. What's more, more than 16% of Flemish people already have a DAB+ device, while 12% want to buy one.

German Parliament has approved a law requiring all new cars sold in Germany starting from 21 December 2020 to be equipped with digital terrestrial radio capabilities. The new law is in line with the EECC directive mandating digital radio in cars across the EU.
