Digitalradio Norway has signed an agreement with UK Radioplayer and will launch a new type of radio player for Norwegian radio channels. The British system, in Norway being named Radio.no, makes it easier to listen to online radio. The radio player contents features adding new dimensions to the use of Internet radio.

Ofcom consults on potential spectrum charges

The consultation also considers whether Ofocm should apply charges at a higher level. Ofcom expects to introduce Administered Incentivised Pricing (AIP) for DTT by around 2020. Ofcom currently has no plans to implement AIP for local TV and DAB as there is 'little or no excess demand for the spectrum', according to the regulator.
