Digital receiver sales on the rise across Europe
DAB radio sales have reached 3.25 million as of last autumn in Switzerland, in addition to 750,000 DAB+ receivers for in-car use. Strong sales were also reported in Norway, according to the national consumer electronic trade foundation, with 1.29 million units sold in 2017. Company Frontier Smart also reported it has exceeded 45 million sales of its digital chips.
