DAB+ in the Netherlands
DAB+ digital radio is growing steadily in the Netherlands. According to figures recently released by WorldDAB, 581,000 DAB digital radio receivers have now been sold in the Netherlands. The country currently has two national multiplexes - one with public stations, the other private stations - and 11 regional multiplexes broadcasting both public and private radio stations.
