First local DAB+ multiplexes are to be launched in Leipzig and Freiberg

The Media Council of the Sächsische Landesanstalt für Privat Rundfunk und neue Medien (SLM) has cleared the way for the first complete local radio multiplexes via DAB+. SLM has given the green light for a DAB+ tender in Leipzig and in Freiberg.
