Four applicants want to operate second federal DAB+ mux

Four applications by Digital Audio Broadcasting Platform (DABP), Absolut Digital, Media Broadcast and Radio Digital have been submitted to the German Broadcasting Corporation for the second nationwide DAB+ multiplex.
