Norway is a modern radio land
Norway is the first country in Europe which will be switching over to DAB+ in January 2017. The main reason for why Norway is first is because of the Norwegian topography, with deep fjords, high mountains and scattered settlement patterns. This unique geography makes it particularly expensive to operate the Norwegian FM networks compared with other countries.
