ASTRA to equip 200 tunnels in Switzerland with DAB technology

Swiss Federal Roads Authority (ASTRA) will invest 30 million CHF on equipping 200 tunnels with by 2018. Good radio reception in road tunnels is not only a convenient option for travellers but also, helps improve safety on the roads, as traffic and security messages can be broadcast via DAB+.
