"In the summer of 2024, after intense consultation, Arcom published the White Paper on the future of radio, which was intended to convey a clear message and roadmap. I would like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to Hervé Godechot, a former member of the Arcom college who worked on it, and Romain Laleix, who took over from him. In the fierce battle for public attention, which is disrupting habits and subjecting radio to unprecedented competition, DAB+ is indeed the best way to ensure the transformation of the medium and the modernisation of its regulation.
