Workshop Summary:
In this workshop WorldDMB brings together commercial broadcasters and digital radio experts to share their experiences of going digital. Issues discussed will include cost, regulation, competition, and revenue generation opportunities by looking at lessons learned from Germany, UK and around the globe.
The workshop will be held in English and will be free of charge.

The DAB/DAB+/DMB family of standards have emerged as the digital audio broadcasting standards of choice for radio broadcasters across Europe. WorldDMB is ideally positioned to gather and present the latest facts and figures about growth of digital radio across Europe, services launched, developments in key markets such as Germany, and information on the latest digital radio receivers available to the consumer.

Throughout the Le Radio event WorldDMB will be demonstrating the latest DAB, DAB+ and DMB receivers on Exhibition stand (No. 46). The latest receivers from all price ranges including Pure, Roberts, Kenwood, Grundig, Sony and Phillips will be on display along with a number of mobile devices such as USB enabled dongles, headsets and tablets with interactive screens.
