In June 2001, SC LRTC (SC Lithuania Radio and Television Centre) started DAB test transmissions with 2 public radio programmes. In 2003 four commercial services were added to the multiplex. About 20% of the population in the Vilnius area are covered with DAB services. There is currently no information on whether these services remain on-air.
